Week 2. Day 9.

The weekend was not good as far as working out. Pretty much wasted both Saturday and Sunday for one reason or another.

Monday was an improvement. I ran, which felt awesome. The weather was cold, but I got through it and felt a great sense of accomplishment.

Today was another story. I only walked 2.43 miles. I did do my 5 A's & B's and 50 bicycle crunches. I feel like I need to step it up a little though if I am going to make my goal by my birthday.

I will start the 200 Sit up, 200 squat and 100 Push Up Challenge next week. I feel like I am making good progress, especially since I lost 3 lbs last week and I am back to running.
