It's hard to judge weight when I'm using four different scales - none of which agree with another. I'm going to use just the one scale at work now, and today, that scale says I weight 299.4. I want to get to 275 by the end of twelve weeks.
299.4 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 24.4 lb.    Diet followed N/A.

Here's a little tip on the scale thing - I've taken my hand weights ( the 10 lbs) and put them on my scale to see how accurate it really is. Just a thought.....
