Pretty pleased with what's happened so far. I don't actually feel I'm doing much different but I must be. I have always been a lover of bread and there have been times when toast for breakfast, sandwich for lunch and pasta for dinner happened. When it did, I could pile on a couple of pounds easily. If that happened more than once in a week, a 5-7 pound gain would not be unusual. Yeterday, I had egg and bacon for breakfast, Sardines on a slice of Ezekiel bread toast for lunch; both amounted to only 314 cals. So I enjoyed dinner with wine and still managed to lose a pound.
