OK, I need to get to business. I just can't seem to get past this 140 mark. I know it was a bad weekend but not horrible. I am not a happy camper right now. Is my goal attainable?? Hell yeah it is, I am small framed and was at that weight for a long time and looked and felt healthy then. What is the problem then???? Me, I need to pick it up on the exercise end. Jazzercise is tonight, Wednesday I have to travel after work, Thursday is the kids wrestling dual meet, Friday 5 hour travel for another national dual. I really need to sqeeze some treadmill time in there somehow and not just 1x at 30 mins. Grrrr!
