I had too much junk food this weekend. Potato chips is my enemy and I shouldn't have bought them for the superbowl. I ate them all weekend long and hate myself for it. I need to keep losing weight and potato chips will not help me in achieving my goal. I need to bounce back and have a great month of nutritious food and weight loss!
