I've started feeling really discouraged these days, i've tried to do all the things i need to do to loose weight but it just isn't coming off. Most days i feel like giving up. I'm so tired of looking in the mirror and seeing this person that i don't know, this isn't me, on the inside i'm beautiful i, i just wish my outside matched.

Don't be discouraged... Just take it one day at a time and you will see results. Weight loss is one of those things that we wish could happen overnight, but we all have to learn that it takes time. We will work on this together... I am here for you, don't forget that!

First thing you need to do is ask yourself if you are being honest about your diet and exercise. Are you tracking all your food? Are you drinking water (flushes out sodium)? Are you getting enough lean protein, fruits and veggies? Are you eating too many processed foods (contain a lot of sodium)? Are you exercising? Give it a week of really tracking your calories, eating healthy and exercising and see what happens. Good luck!
