Hello all,

I have lost another pound in 4 days, This website has helped me a lot and I appreciated the encouragement from you all. It is nice to know I am not alone in my journey.
322.0 lb Lost so far: 18.0 lb.    Still to go: 142.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
