I do that quite a bit in spurts but its usually lunch that I get busy and forget. Personally I think its a great way to reduce calories..Im not sold on the stalling your diet thing..it can slow your metabolism down but we still burn a certain amount of calories per day no matter what...even sleeping...so the less we take in the faster it comes off.
