If you're a diabetic then you need to watch those sugar free drinks. The sweetener still puts up insulin which causes you to store fat.

Any fruit/herbal tea - you can have them hot or cold. Concentrated flavour drops in water. Water with slices of fruit or cucumber soaked in it for a few hours.
