It's been almost a month now since I restarted this diet. I'm losing pretty good and getting used to the reduced calorie diet. I'm eatting not to get full but to be satisfied. I used to think they were the same but know realize that's not the case. I think I'm about halfway to my goal and now have the confidence that I can get there. I may change my goal to 170 instead but will have to see how I look and feel at 180 first.
