Today I put on a pair of jeans that I haven't been able to wear for 2 years! And I didn't have to wiggle or suck in my tummy to get them zipped! Woohoo!!!

I've had a rough week - been down with the flu and was craving chicken noodle soup. I warmed some plain broth though and made it through without straying from Atkins. I did find some cans of campbells soup in the grocery store that only have 9-11 carbs per serving. So next time I'm sick and craving soup I know there are a few choices that won't throw me off track.

I'm really enjoying trying some of the new recipes posted in the Atkins kitchen.

If any of you are in the USA and order from Schwann's Foods - they have some great low carb choices. I got an asian chicken bowl that only has 6 carbs and turkey with gravy with only 2 carbs! Yum!!!! And they also sell roasted chicken breasts and drumsticks that you can just microwave and eat. I don't work for Schwann's - just telling you my own personal experience!

WoW! Doesnt that make you feel good when you can put something on like that...lol I was totally amazed when I first noticed that I could cross my legs again! lol your doing just awsome keep it going...

I loved fitting into my skinny jeans again. I can't wait to go down one more size. You are doing great! Good job not straying while you were sick. I know that has been a challenge for me. I chop up some celery into my chicken broth and cook it until it is a little soft, it is almost like little pasta, plus it has vitamins and fiber.
