ok, so tooth on the mend if not totally better and today was a carb free day!!! Feeling pretty good, strugling a little with snacks so i dont get hungry. find its alot easier when youre organised!!!
any tips greatfully welcomed!! Alsostuck on quick breakfasts, and dont like eggs!!!

Getting organized really helps! It is my personal lifesaver. Quick breakfasts are Atkins-friendly protein shakes and bars. I have a lot of other options, but some of them are kinda weird, so message me if you want some creative breakfast ideas. Something not so weird is soup. A lot of cultures start their day off with a good bowl of soup. Good luck!

hi i'm mimibenham for breakfast ya can make some sausage cheese balls can get the recipe from the kitchen there easy and you can freeze then and eat them when ya want good for breakfast or a snack. i snack on cheese sticks, pecans, spinach dip and pork rinds, quacamole dip and pork rinds, sugar free jello, lunch meat. also i order tortillas from La Tortilla Factory they have some with only 3 carbs ther good. can do alot with them tacos, pizza, quesadillas, breakfast burittos but i guess that would be hard if ya don't like eggs lol, make great hamburgers too i go to sonic and get a burger and make it with my tortilla its real good. i'm not big on salads lol. i also eat alot of cabbage lol. i love it fried in a little grease. good with onions and sausage. hope i helped alittle. email anytime. good luck!!!!!

thanks guys some great ideas there! its harder in the uk i think as wre not that geared up for low carb eating so you have to be more inventive as its not that readily avaliable. thanks again x
