Day 5 of 21 towards that habit.
Well, yesterday was so so. I made a quasi effort at working out. I tried to do something active anyway. I was, however happy, that I was able to do 5 A's and 3 B's before stopping. I could have done more, but I think I was over it. Then I just did some situp's and push up's. I now know where some of my focus needs to be. I need to do both of those things everyday.
I think they say that the 3 most important excercises are sit ups, push ups and squats. So I think I am going to start the challenge to do 200 sit ups, 200 squats and 100 push ups all in a row. It's a 6 week program, so we'll see how far we get with this. It's only 3 days a week. So I am game for a challenge. It takes hardly any time at all and the benefits should be great! I'll post my initial test results in a while.
Today is another rainy, gloomy day. Not sure about getting about out in 40 degree weather to do my walk, but my Wii should be fixed today, so perhaps I will be able to get to my work outs on there.
Well, off to do some yoga and my 6 week challenge initial test!
***EDIT*** Did 5 A's and & B's!
Challenge Intial Test Results Squats - 72 Sit ups - 64 Push ups - 20 (girl style)
