I don't even want to write anything because I feel that I always start but I never finish anything that I start. But, here goes. First I am not going to start any specific diet. What I will do is make a life style change and eat a healthy diet ie tons of vegies, fruits, fish, brown rice. Things that I know are good for me. Second, I will cut back on my portions and make sure to eat at least five small meals a day. Third, I am going to start and this time finish Slim and Six workout program from beachbody.com 36 workouts is how I am going to look at it not everyday just realize that I will do the 36 required workouts and at the same time actually watch what I am eating. I have decided to do what the workout plan ask of me and more importantly be consistent, focussed and finish what I have started. Wish me luck. No I don't need it I claim determination in the name of my Lord Jesus Christ I am giving this battle that I am having with my weight to him having faith and I know that it shall be done.

I know you can do this! I might seem like and endless battle, but having your mind set is half of it! You can do this, I just know it! Best of luck!
