Thurs - 1/26 Trainer had some circuit training with a fast sprint in between, and had me increse speed a lot from my usual. Ran 2 min at 5.5, then 1.5 min at 6.0, and 1 min at 6.2 (nearly fell off).. But it was really hard to catch my breath after that last one, I think it was really at my limit. He had me do it again, but I really couldn't run at all at that point. Lesson learned, I think when I run I will try 5.5 for a longer time. Maybe for the HITS. SPrinting should be at 6.0 for now, but I know he will push me up again if we do that thing again. Good news is that I felt I could do it, feet didn't hurt and breath was even until the 6.2 thing. Hard to keep those high speeds up for a long time though.
