Today went well. I've added in 1 slice of Ezekial bread during breakfast. I need to go out and get sweet potatoes and petite peas and add them in.
No walk today due to kyaking yesterday and tennis this evening. I play on a ladies league and tonight we played for an hour and a half (2 sets). I'd had my elbow (tendon) operated on this past April and was thrilled to be back on the courts for the first time tonight..everything felt fine! no pain! yeaaa!!!
4 more days of teaching left before summer relaxation (and tutoring haha).

Wow! You get plenty of exercise. Let your summer relaxtion be your time of alot of outdoor activity. You will have no problem of losing as long as you watch what you are eating & following the ff plan will be perfect for that. Have fun!
