Sorry for the long absence. The week of business lunches and dinners is over and I've managed to stay at 189 with some fluctuations up and back down. Now it's time to make some progress before the holidays set in.
I'm having a problem with the workouts. I was trying to do 6 days of 45 minute workouts, rest one day, repeat. But my knee can't take it. So I'm trying 3 days on, 1 day off, 3 days on, 1 day off. The pattern for the workouts is cardio, weights, cardio. For the cardio I'm doing a stationary bike workout. I don't like that as much as the eliptical stepper, but it seems to be easier on my knee.
It's good to be back!
