So, totally fell off the wagon last night with pizza and ice cream...but still didn't go over on calories. Also, just noticed that my fiber one cereal has 47 carbs!!!! With only 11g dietary fiber...wth??? I need to find something else to have for breakfast.

Carbs aren't necessarily a bad thing. The kind in fiber one are good. They digest slowly and are good for you. It's the kind if pasta, flour, etc. that you should limit. Not to mention it can keep you regular if you are doing low carbish.
