Day 3. Feeling pretty darn good this morning! Despite the fact that I didn't sleep so well, I don't feel too bad for it. In fact, I feel like I have a lot of energy.
Had a great day yesterday. Very low on the calories though. When I went for my walk, I decided to run a little, too. I was going to use this first week of February to ease back into running, but for a runner, I doubt there is such a thing. I will start back with my 3/1's and progress to 4/1's by the end of the month. Hopefully by then I will be in acceptable enough shape to finally join the Tri Club.
Looking forward to another great day! It will be a little challenging today because I have many meetings, but I'm gonna make this work! Tonight I will go for my walk, which is more of a race/walk since my average pace is around 13:15, but when I am done, I will also start back with the Ashtanga Yoga. I figure if I can get in 5 A's and B's it will be a very successful workout! It's ambitious, I know, but this is Fitness February!
