I have been so busy this week. As a result, this is the first time I have had an opportunity to update my exercise/food journal. Although I thought I messed up on Tuesday, I am happy to know that I was well below my calorie intake. However, the time I ate my dinner was ridiculous...late at night... Yes, Trenee' a big NO NO. I am happy to report that I feel good. I mean, I really do. It helps because I am encouraged at my part time job, because they have joined this life change as well. I see a difference in everyone who has made up their mind to make a change. I am extremely proud of them, and of course, proud of myself because I don't think I have ever lasted this long on anything like this. My special male friend has also decided to lose some weight and gain his 6 pack back....yeah! yeah! whatever...but he is "getting it in." As for my full time job, I exercise there as well. We have a good time, and it seems if you have company while exercising, you don't concentrate so much when it begins to burn a little.

Looking forward to my body changing even more. I see little changes in my clothes and my arms...which is a good thing.

I will see my special friend this weekend....looking forward to seeing if he notices any changes. LOL.
