UPSET WITH MYSELF GOT CARRIED AWAY OVER THE WEEKEND. LOOKS LIKE I PUT A FEW POUNDS BACK ON. EVEN THOUGH ON SAT AND SUNDAY I WENT TO THE GYM FOR 1 HR. ECH DY ,I ONLY DID WEIGHTS AND NO CARDIO AND SPENT 1 HR. IN THE GYM BOTH DAYS, WHAT BLEW IT WAS AFTER WARDS WITH BEER AND FOOD BOTH DAYS. WOW DIDN'T THINK IT WOULD SHOW, BUT... THE SCALE TOLD ME ON MONDAY MORNING! SO AS OF MONDAY I WAS BACK ON TRACK AGAIN AND HOPE TO KEEP IT THAT WAY.
