I'm starting to watch what I eat. Since I don't have much time during the week I have to cook most my meals ahead of time and either store it in the fridge or freeze it. By doing this I have been able to watch what I eat while cutting out all of the fast food I use to eat. However, I still drink some pop but its usually only one can a day. It's hard to cut out pop all together because when I stress I crave pop!
