Ok, I have been pretty active lately and really watching my meal portions and we've been eating mainly fruits and veggies (plus chicken for me). I'm hopiong to see the results in another week if I keep this up. So far I can tell i have more energy and now with the pedometer I have motivation to try and get more steps in per day. I just wish I could enter steps in the excercise journal.
