Ok, I have been pretty active lately and really watching my meal portions and we've been eating mainly fruits and veggies (plus chicken for me). I'm hopiong to see the results in another week if I keep this up. So far I can tell i have more energy and now with the pedometer I have motivation to try and get more steps in per day. I just wish I could enter steps in the excercise journal.

Ok holidays and vacations are officially done. Jocelyn and I are now on the program. I need to lose this weight and get fit. Looking forward to building my schedule. Goal weight of 185 in the next 4 months.

It has been a month now since I last checked in. I must say that finals did a number on me. Hopefully now that Christmas is over and we are getting rid of most of the fatty food I can focus. I hit the eliptical last night and will push myself to get on a daily goal of exercise and to monitor my calorie intake. Need to reweigh myself as I believe I have gone in the wrong direction this past month. Start anew and what better time than to focus on New Years resolutions. Looking forward to a renewed focus on our weight loss contest.

Week off from school but still at work. Eating well this week and tracking my meals. Need to exercise but getting a lot of walking as usual. Tonight's goal: get to gym. Tomorrow's goal: Don't eat so much (we'll see how that goes). Go PACKERS!! Have a great Thanksgiving family.

Yesterday I didn't get in any exercise and the weather is starting to get cooler. When I got home we made a healthy dinner but I probably ate a little too much. Goal for tonight is to get in at least 30 min. of exercise and try to create a workout schedule around school and work.
