Ok I still weight 180 lbs. But I feel like I lost weight for some strange reason. This is what I will be eating today. Feel free to make any comments.
Breakfast:
1 large hard boiled egg .5 carbs
1 16.9 oz water bottle
Lunch:
2 cups lettuce 4 carbs
1 medium tomato 3 cabs
1/3 cup mozzola cheese 1 carb
3 tbsp ranch 3 carbs
1 tbsp flaxseed oil 0 carbs
1 tbsp flax seed 2 carbs
2 chicken thighs & eggplant dip 2 carbs
1 16.9 oz bottled water
Later for snack I will have:
1 hard boiled egg .5 carbs
1 16.9 oz bottled water
Dinner:
Steak & 2 tbsp sour cream 2 carbs
2 16.9 oz bottled water
snack:
1 atkins advantage bar 2 carbs
1 16.9 oz bottled water
Total of 20g net Carbs, And 100oz water

Cutting carbs will make you less bloated. The scale will show results soon, just keep doing what you're doing. It takes 3-5 days to get into ketosis after which the pounds will melt off for about a week.
