Hi everyone. Hope your all doing ok today. I thought It would be nice to post what I am eating each day so that maybe some of you can get some ideas and I really just wanted to contribute something back.
Breakfast:
1 jambo hard boiled egg 1 carb
1 16.9 bottle of water
Lunch:
Taco salad 9
net
carbs
3 cups lettuce
1 tomato
1/4 cup chedder cheese
2 tbsp salsa
2 tbsp sour cream
1/2 tbsp flaxmeal
1/2 tbsp flaxseed oil
2.5 oz ground beef sautee'd with 1/2 onion and 1 tsp taco seasoning.
2 16.9 oz bottled water
Salad turned out really good. It's a must try and is great for induction.

Ok I still weight 180 lbs. But I feel like I lost weight for some strange reason. This is what I will be eating today. Feel free to make any comments.
Breakfast:
1 large hard boiled egg .5 carbs
1 16.9 oz water bottle
Lunch:
2 cups lettuce 4 carbs
1 medium tomato 3 cabs
1/3 cup mozzola cheese 1 carb
3 tbsp ranch 3 carbs
1 tbsp flaxseed oil 0 carbs
1 tbsp flax seed 2 carbs
2 chicken thighs & eggplant dip 2 carbs
1 16.9 oz bottled water
Later for snack I will have:
1 hard boiled egg .5 carbs
1 16.9 oz bottled water
Dinner:
Steak & 2 tbsp sour cream 2 carbs
2 16.9 oz bottled water
snack:
1 atkins advantage bar 2 carbs
1 16.9 oz bottled water
Total of 20g net Carbs, And 100oz water

I am feeling down its my 7th day into induction and I am still not seeing any weight loss. I keep thinking this can't be right. I have not gone over my carbs (20g a day) for the last 6 days and feel pretty deprived with out carbs. Is this normal? When should I start seeing results? When should I get conserened that something is not right? I really want to stick to this diet. But I dont know how much longer I can do with out getting anything back (weight loss)I also walk 1 1/2-2 hours a day 6 days a week, could I be overdoing it? Help

I second doubt my self all the time and I am never really sure if I am doing this quite right. Can some of you please look over my induction menu for the 14 days. This is what I will be eating. Does it look ok? Do I need to change anything? Is there anything I need to take out or add?
Induction weekly menu
Breakfast:
2 eggs 1 carb
2.5 oz spinach 3 carb
1oz feta cheese 1 carb
1 bottled water
Lunch:
Meat (6-8 oz ground beef or roast beef slices) 0 carb
2 tbsp sour cream 2 carb
2 bottled water
Snack:
1 Atkins bar 2 carb
1 bottled water
Dinner:
Chicken/turkey (2 thighs or ground turky) 0 carb
3 oz tomato 5 carb
2 oz onion 5 carb
1 oz cheese 1 carb
2 bottled water
