Getting back on the horse, finally losing. Skyrocketted up over the weekend to 150 but it seems like it was all water weight/pmsing stuff. Thank Merlin.
147.4 lb Lost so far: 12.6 lb.    Still to go: 22.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
