Went to the doctor and weighed in at 162.5. Their scale weighs me as heavier than the one here at home but the real story here is that 6 weeks ago I weighed 168.4 on that scale. Also before I began this WOE I weighed 173.? at the doctors, so I am now down 11 pounds. I can deal with that!!!
