getting on track! i lost 5 pounds this month. i hope to get to 180 by the end of feb. that is obtainable. why not a goal of 179?!
186.6 lb Lost so far: 13.4 lb.    Still to go: 11.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 5.6 lb a week
