Couldn't go to the gym today today cause I spent a lot of time at the bank and the gym closes early today. Will be extra careful with what I eat today cause I would need to compensate for the lack of exercise....Anyhow, day is going well, watching The Biggest Loser for some motivation and will have a veg and fish meal for dinner. Hope that will be enough to fill me up! How's everybody else doing?
