Just came back from tormenting my body at the gym *sigh* I guess I needed it especially after massacring that Burger King meal today! Yesterday was quite impressive as I ran for a straight 20 minutes and didn't feel at all tired or out of breath! I guess I will need to credit the tons of water I'm drinking coz its really working :)
