I'm not too sure about that yogurt, it may be ok but, try to follow SBD to a T for the first two weeks. Peccadilloes on Phase 1 tend to start people off on the wrong foot. Good luck Kandi!

do a no sugar added fudgesicle...they were a god send during my first 2 weeks...the best are fudgesicle brand if you can find them...also...the creamsicles are good...choc syrup with cool whip...are just a few of phase one treats that are good and legal

You'll get the hang of everything. Those cravings start to diminish. You'll also learn other things you can have that will satisfy the cravings. My real only craving so far is for MORE WINE! My hubby says I'm ful of WHINE, I told him that's NOT what I meant. Best wishes to you Girl, Go get 'em!
