Although the carb monster has been creeping around lately, I have fought it off, until this afternoon. Maybe because I increased my exercise and have been fatigued. Today, I started out well. Went to the big city for a dr appt, next stop was Michael's Craft store so that my GD Savannah could pick-up art supplies (she loves to sketch and draw). I was like a deer staring into the headlights. There it was the See's Candies store. Savannah and I went in under the pretences of looking for Valentine's gifts for others, and then....comes the, 'Would you like a sample?'. 'Of course'. OK... I had my fix, then high tailed it out of there w/no candy. Now onto solving my fatigue. I'm going to increase my protein. Picking up some more protein powder tomorrow. I've been taking vitamins since starting low carb life, so I don't think that is the problem. (A thought just hit me, today I was diagnosed w/a Urinary infection. That could be why I have been fatigued as well, Duhhhhh...)
