*sighs* I had 3 small cookies when I attended the workshop in the evening yesterday. When I got home, I was still hungry! So I had 2 cheese sticks and ham. I think that's because I didn't have a proper 4th meal. When I saw the cookies, I was so tempted and was just going to have one, but it was so delicious so I had 2 more! :( Oh well, I'll have to learn to resist the temptations next time!
Anyway, here's my meal from yesterday...
Wednesday, June 6th (EFS Day 5 of cycle 2)
9:30: (Breakfast) WW pancake with sugar-free jam 12:00: Ellipitcal for a hour 2:00:(M#2)1 Strawberry & Banana smoothie 5:00(M#3): Grilled chicken with mango salsa and 1/2 cup of beans 7:00(M#3): 3 cookies 10:00(M#3): 2 cheese sticks & some ham
I will work out harder today by jogging for 30 minutes and a hour of swimming so hopefully that will make up for yesterday. I am not sure if I'm even losing weight this week. :/
