This week has been terrible for me! Today, a friend decided to take me out for lunch and as though that in itself wasn't temptation, decided to take me out to Burger King!!! Why Why Why! Now, I've had a double whooper, king fries and a super drink! All that adds to my RDI and still exceeds by at least 200 calories. I feel so guilty right now, burning 1000+ calories [impossible] would be the only thing to make me feel better.
