Haven't done anything different so my weight has stayed the same. I've heard the last 10 pounds are the hardest to lose so I guess I have my work cut out for me. Any ideas on how to get rid of the last stubborn pounds??
128.0 lb Lost so far: 30.0 lb.    Still to go: 8.0 lb.    Diet followed N/A.

Try Increasing any cardio activity your doing. and keep careful track of any carbs your eating...you may want to cut it down some if your having multiple serving per day.

Do a day where you eat as you have been eating, then do one day where you eat half as much (or less). In other words do an up day and a down day for a while (this has been discussed in other forums). I find that it works quite well. The exercise is also important of course.

I know what you mean about those last 10 pounds...mine have been stubborn too. I'm about 4 lbs. away from my goal and have been for a month.
