Happy to finally see some significant weight loss. It sure is an instant motivator! Being patient through these plateaus sure is hard, but if we maintain and don't give up, it sure does pay off! Whew!

1949 kcal Fat: 59.20g | Prot: 84.31g | Carb: 280.13g.   Breakfast: Florida Pink and Red Grapefruit, Original Fat Free Powder Coffee Creamer, Oikos 0% Fat Greek Yogurt - Black Cherry. Lunch: Dr. Pepper Ten, kraft mayo with olive oil, chunk light tuna, tomatoes, mushroom, Original Buttery Spread, Toasted Pumpernickel Bread. Dinner: Small Bread Loaf, House Salad, cannelloni. Snacks/Other: nacho cheese, nacho chips, blueberries, carrots. more...

Patience does pay off. You have to keep at it, but the weight does come off.
