Just about keeping within the bounds of my calorie intake, but not doing enough exercise. Am going to have to step this up if I want to lose weight. A bit fearful of weighing in on Friday, dont think I will have lost anything, probably even put some on. Sounding a bit negative - this will have to stop !!
