You have to make time for yourself. Don't make excuses! First you have the weekend. I try to workout when I get up on the weekend to get it over with. You can start a walking or running plan. You can make a home gym with workout dvd's, some hand weights and a mat. All you need is a small area. You can do yoga, pilates, striptease, hip hop dancing, zuma, strength training, circuit training, etc. all in the comfort of your own home. Look up dvds on amazon or collage video.com. You can borrow them from the library. Many dvds are 30 minutes or less. A couple of nights when you get home from work, get your work out clothes on and do a dvd. You can also get up 30 minutes earlier in the morning a couple days of week to workout. Working out will make you more alert and help you to study better on the weekends. Put dinner in a crock pot a couple of days a week so you can workout and have dinner ready. You have to plan and make the time for yourself. You are worth it!
