LeAnn's Journal, 06 June 2007

We leave for the beach in a few hours and I slightly nervous about maintaining my weight while away. HOpefully my husband will help me stick with making good choices, but we're staying with my in-laws and they always make SUCH good stuff to eat! I'm bringing my good sneakers along so I plan on walking around their development every morning so hopefully that will help keep me on track! wish me luck!

I'm looking at the same scenario next month - we go to the sea shore with the in-lawa, and it's gonna be hard to not eat up all the goodies they always keep for us and the kids. I have faith that you'll be able to be good AND enjoy yourself. It is, after all, a vacation!

Hey, walking on the beach is an awesome workout!! Just be sensible on meals (without being a total stick in the mud) and you should be fine.

enjoy yourself, but try to remember there is a lot more out there to give us happiness than food :D worry more about portion control while you are away and get out there for those walks :) have a lot of fun!
