Added protein ice cream ( protein powder, ice & almond milk blended) after dinner. Also i aim to be in bed early to promote sleep.
Note: past 3 months i have been reading about intermittent fasting and ketogenic diet. After getting my body use to doing both, i feel really great. Finally, i am beginning to dropping weight, like in ounces nevertheless. Most importantly i am enjoying the process of eating keto. & eating in a 6 hour window.
The key for me is no stress. And i enjoy what i eat, which is another key. And i feel satisfied. periodically i make my own cold pressed green juice for therapeutic reasons (i track the carb and balance it out, so all is great at the end of the day).
