Now that I am feeling better, must try and get back to walking and a few exercises. I have been looking through my food intake over the past couple of weeks and I think it might be creeping up a bit, so must address that. Thats what is good about this site, you can check back and see where you might make improvements and where you are going wrong. I love it. Ah well onward and upward, weigh in on Friday.
