I have gotten my 10,000 steps in every day this week but it might not happen today - tonight I bowl.
I am trying to add more vegetables in to my daily eating plan - it is harder than I thought it would be! I get tired of just salad...maybe I need to start bringing cut up vegies to work and munch on them throughout the day....that could work! I need a good low-carb dip or something to keep them interesting.
Finding help on Atkins and on this site - it helps to talk to people and get their ideas and opinions...I don't feel so alone! :)
