Okay, after three months off it is time to get back to the discipline. While I am not really worried about getting back to the 225+ pounds, nearing 200 is beginning to reveal a level of being uncomfortable again.
September 1st I was down to 194.6 when I began a modified fast during the month of September. On September 30th I hit a low of 166.6. I fully expected to put 10 pounds back on immediately after the artificial weight loss. My last weigh in was October 14 at 178.0 pounds, 5 under my goal weight of 183.
Today, at 198.0 pounds, I begin the exercise and diet routine once again to drop the excess 15 pounds. One reason for confidence is that I enjoy the lifestyle of exercise and smart eating. I should not have just let it all go over the past 3 months. A couple days became a week, became a month became 3. I have no doubt that with moderate exercise, which is a lot more than I have done lately, and smart eating, I will achieve the healthy goal.
