Thank you Kokona. I am never going to stop trying to figure out what works for me. I have two proteins I know I can eat without a histamine reaction and that is pork and eggs. I really wanted to do keto. I also have a reaction to most veggie protein too like peas. So I thought Keto was the way to go.
