Had tuna sandwich last night, it was good but now this morning I am having to slap my hand and get back on track. But for some reason I got nervous today before my workout, oh well, I pushed through it so I am happy. But I do hate having to walk by the mirror and scale on the way to the bathroom. Due to it can be encouraging but make a person sad, too.
