Ate clean yesterday but snacked a little after 6pm. Still didn't go over my caloric limit. Had some carbohydrates, somewhere between 70-80 grams. Woke up 3 lbs heavier than 24 hours before. Had a decent workout, did back but the daughter wanted me to drive her and her friend home, so I cut it short. Today is cardio. 20 minutes with heart rate above 130bpm. I need to work core too.
