so can anyone give me some advice? im trying to cut carbs and fats. Today I was looking at my milk. Fat free milk has no fat but more carbs and 2% milk has more fat but just a few less carbs. What would be the better choice? I know there are good fats and bad fats but as far as dairy milk, cheese, yogurt that kind of things what is the better choice fat or carb?

If you look up the difference, fat free is the healthier choice. But many people don't like the taste so 1% or 2% isn't bad. There are many different opinions out there, so you really have to do what is best for you and your body. A small amount of cheese each day can be good. We all need good fats like avocados and peanut butter. I love greek yogurt because it's high in protein, but it's good to get the nonfat or lower fat if you can. The same thing with carbs. We all need carbs in our diet, but many people do better with a lower carb. Atkins is too low for me, so I try to do a modified Atkins on Weight Watchers. I lose better with lower carb. If you like nonfat, drink it. If not try 1%. Remember you have to make changes you can live with, so choose things you enjoy.
