Ok, I'm back up a little. I thought this would be the case since I have not had any serious cardio most of the week. Thank goodness I start a running challenge this week. Yesterday was a poor diet day. My days of calories restriction caught how answer I was super hungry. I starred eating this junky snack my coworker has out. I usually ignore it. Then at home I made quesidillas for dinner. I managed to state under my calorie level but just barely. Then my sleep deprivation kicked in and off to bed I went. But by being accountable here, I will stay on track!
197.8 lb Lost so far: 5.0 lb.    Still to go: 57.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
