I was moving enough I guess scale hit 239. I thought I was seeing things so I did it like 4times. Yeah I know I need to find something to do with myself that involves moving so I can see more drop off. I guess I'm celebrating with a walk around the block probably should be 2. It will benefit me definitely. Can you throw a party for losing weight a walking party so you can drop more. That might be plan when I hit 10 pounds or more lost.
